  Just got home from the Tooele location. Service was mediocre. But I won't go back. We ordered the Brunch Burger. $11.99! It was ridiculous. We each got maybe a dozen fries, my burger was all mangled. The bottom bun was regular size but the top bun looked like a slider bun. It barely covered the center of the burger. This is not the first time I have had sub-par food from this location. I won't eat here again. I've given them four chances to change my mind and this visit will be my last.

  Ordered Parmesan sirloin and shrimp. Had it before at another Applebees and it was good. The one I got here was missing the Parmesan cheese and seasoning they normally put on it. The cooks don't follow spec. The server seemed clueless. Two thumps down.

  Our waitress Jess was great and attentive! Always brought drinks to our table when she noticed them getting low and had a great sense of humor which we loved . Great food I had the Parmesan steak and shrimp and my husband had the brew house chicken both were excellent. We were very skeptical of coming here because we read all the negative reviews, but I'm glad we decided to give it a try! Even the manager took time to come talk to us! Will definitely come back
